I'm not sure anything could have been more fitting for our princess' 7th birthday than a unicorn themed party at the nail salon. Leine Mae invited four of her closest friends from school to wear their pajamas and go get their nails painted. Decked out in matching robes and unicorn sleep masks, they were the cutest things and I felt like I had a glimpse into Leine Mae's teenage years as she sat around chatting and giggling with her friends. They made some unicorn crafts and we ate the most beautiful unicorn cake, salgadinhos, and brigadeiros. It really was such a fun way to celebrate our girl.
Leine Mae is a fierce combination of both sassy and sweet and is constantly making us laugh with her antics. It's easy to tell she has two big brothers, but it's also been really fun to watch her come into her own loving all things girly these days. She loves taking care of her baby dolls, has been taking ballet, soccer, and percussion classes, and makes friends everywhere she goes. She's been a great big sister to Maya and a wonderful helper to me. I love this little girl and while I can't wait to to continue to watch her grow, I sure do wish time would slow down....
